We offer free standard delivery on orders over $150 Australia wide. Orders under $150 will be charged a flat rate of $13.95 for standard post. We deliver to Australia only via Australia Post. Please contact our team for Express Post options. This can be organised upon on request.
Return Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the box to show some wear from its journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us within 48 HOURS of receiving your parcel. We require a photo of the damaged item, including the box and packaging. Return postage is at the customer's expense. A tracking number must be provided by the customer, as proof of shipping. A refund will be issued after the goods have been received by us.

If you request a parcel to be left at the front door, this is at your own risk. We are not liable if Australia Post advises your parcel was delivered, and you don’t receive it, due to theft.
If your parcel is lost by Australia Post YOU MUST lodge a dispute by quoting your tracking number we provide. We cannot do this on your behalf. It is your responsibility to follow up on delays or parcels lost.
